Every year we have a guy that in the end are "surprised" of his heroism. Lemeke will be the guy. Deal with it.

Smith has been pretty good for a freshman. Before this year Brockington never had more than 2 catches in any game but yes he has stepped up and been solid all season.

Brockington and Smith have really been the only bright lights in the WR corps. If Fleck plans on elevating Lindsey's game, he's going to need to beef up the wide-out contingent.

I think Smith has a ton of potential as a deep threat, but I agree that we are missing a stronger guy who can win the 50/50s.

Rashod Bateman was a better WR than Tyler Johnson, but Johnson always seemed to come up big in key moments. I don't know if we will ever have a tandem like that again (and add Autman-Bell as WR3 if you want to go further), but we need to at least come close to that level.

Wasnt that the first pair ever named all big ten together? So no one else has ever had that either.
