Not only is Perra our 3rd string this year - if we avoid catastrophes and were/are astute in recruiting, he will NEVER be anything more than a 3rd string. There's a reason nobody wanted to offer him an education. That's not a knock against him, but you can't hide talent in this day and age and if he was a great option at QB he would have gotten multiple offers from DI schools.
