Know wonder we finished 3-9! If the Gophs would play a easier schedule they should get 6-7 wins a year.

I hope your kidding. True we will not play the like of a USC OOC every year. We do have Michigan, Michigan St., Wisconsin, Nebraska and Iowa every year so the conference schedule is never going to be easy. I don't want to see 4 easy games in OOC every year. The point is that SOS is not the reason we ended with a 3-9 record. It may be one factor, but to say if we had an easier schedule, we would end up with more wins is simply untrue. When you can't beat New Mexico or NDSU, the SOS can't really be the factor.

Nate nailed it. Aside from the USC game the Gophers were almost unwatchable in the first part of the year. It wasn't until the Neb. game that they started to come around.
