Whalen believes she's learned and grown since her first year. It would help this project if that growth turns into more victories this season. The Gophers won 15 games last season and looking at her roster it's hard to imagine more than that this season. Where is the scoring and rebounding coming from?
 

It is going to depend on team chemistry and player attitudes. We will find out if Lindsay offends someone's ego or whether there are no bad apple(s) on the team.
 

I do FIND it super odd/stranger that La Velle E Neal is writing about the Women's basketball team.. when he is the Twins beat writer.. I don't think he has ever written about this PROGRAM ever.. where is the teams beat writer to write a piece?
