KSTP: Lucia: 'Our Job Is To Get Their Spirits Back Up'

The Gophers men's hockey team has just three wins in their last 11 games, and have fallen out of the top-20 in the polls for the first time since 2011. 14 regular season games remain before the Big Ten Tournament in Detroit. The Gophers play at Wisconsin Friday and Saturday night.

Coach Don Lucia met the media Wednesday, and stressed how his team needs to be better 5-on-5. The Gophers are 11-9-2 overall, 2-2-2 in Big Ten games.

The Gophers' power play remains the best in the country, converting at a .256 clip (22-for-86).
