New point to me...
Most of the "interview" with Sid covered points we've already seen/heard this week.
The one new thing for me was a reference by Coach Kill that his agent had been in contact with Maturi/hiring firm during the search period. He implied the contact was extensive.
Coach K reiterated that he himself had not been contacted until Saturday night, but he was already known quantity to the University effort well before then.
This point certainly gives me a more positive impression of the search and final hiring decision than I've had to this time. Jerry Kill was on the U's radar...just not anyone else's for the reasons covered in many other threads.
I for one see far too many positives surrounding this hire to be down at this point...even on Maturi.
