What does that have to do with Kill having a seizure?

Wren, we must be the oldest guys here because I got your reference immediately. I still think I have my WIN button in my political button collection.

Hope Kill's okay. Sounds like this is going to be a report we hear with some regularity.

Grandma Husker made a big donation to The University of Minnesota Medical Foundation and gets Neurosciences News. In this issue, A Better Way To Diagnose Epilespy. "Using state of the art magnetic resonance imaging MRI techonolgy, University of Minnesota Medical School have uncovered a better approach to diagnosing epilepsy.

Esplepy is neouralogical disorder causing repeated seizures or convulsions. The most common type is temporal lobe epilepsy. which is caused by scarring inside the brain's hippocampus.

Using a 7 Telsa MRI scanner at the University's world renoned center for MRI Research a team led by neurologist Thomas Henry, MD caputred detailed images of the brains of eight people who have epilepsy. Theese clearer MRI images allowed Henry and his colleagues to more accurately find scar tissue. A critical finding because when medications fail to control epileptic seizures, it's often possible for neurosurgeons to remove scars from the brain to stop the seizners. Healthy parts of the brain are left untouched and actually begin to function better after seizures stop.

'There is huge potential here to improve patient care', Henry say. 'When you see how much cleareer these 7 Telsa image are comapred with standard MRI its sort of like reading fine print with a magnifying glass versus the naked eye.

The study was funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Keck Foundation. It appeared in the octover issue of the journal Radiology.

Sounds like Coach Kill could not be at a better place at this time. Be it Mayo or the U they seem to have the answers.

dopodoll: the thing is that as long as Coach Kill gets right back up, out and about, he is just living his life with the cards he has been dealt. He can't let some little seizure get him down...No ba$tards and no seizures can get you down if you are coach of the Minneosta Gophers Football Program!!!!!

There is NO big deal about Coach Kill carrying on in his life the way that he is carrying on with his life. So, dopodoll, the ONLY thing that matters right now is that it would be really GOOD if the Gophers would whip Illinois this last game of the season.

You try to make such big deals about things. For Coach Kill having a seizure is no big deal and he just goes on with his life.

So, go ahead and huff and puff and BLOW it out of proportion. Coach Kill is cleared to coach and he has a condition and that's just the way it is. Ain't life just a real kick in the butt sometimes dopodoll...BUT...only if you let it get you down and out. Coach Kill just keeps right on rolling...that's a damn good thing!

Ain't a big thing dopodoll....just a fact of life for Coach Kill. I think he deals with it just fine. Why don't you deal with it as well as Coach Kill deals with it??????????????Now, get your tail out there and start fighting for TENURE for Coach Kill right now.

WIN dopodoll...WIN!
