Kill and Kansas

Honestly, does Kill consider Kansas home anymore? I know he spent a lot of time there and had family there, but he hasn't lived there for many years (over 20), and who knows whether he really has a hankering to go back there. Besides, Lawrence isn't exactly the same as Cheney or Pittsburgh...

Doesn't his mother live in Chicago now? Or am I thinking of someone else?

Which is why he had to go to Grand Rapids Michigan for treatment? A millionaire prefers a 2 hour drive to a quick flight? Mayo absolutely is the last reason for any decision.
