Is this PWO? Seems weird to use a scholarship on a "specialist" with Jackson and Ryerse coming in.......

Need to reset how we look at scholarships and what not with the new 105 roster limit. Appears that this guy is a kickoff specialist for the most part.
More scholarships but potentially fewer roster slots if some programs carried over 105 players including walkons.
