The noon to 2 show is the same show each day of the week. Every Monday has the same Monday script and so on thru Fri. Mystery solved, Fishbulb.

Tuesday 12-1:00 is going to be a repeat from last week also.
 

It appears that KQ no longer has Tommy B on in the morning. Well, it was a forty year run.
 





FWIW - I live in SW MN. a radio station in Worthington picks up KFAN's programming - but from Noon to 3:00pm, they run their own local programming, including a lot of farm programs.

They have the Power Trip and PA in the morning, then pick up with Barreiro at 3:00, but in-between, they apparently believe that commodity reports will get more listeners.

Actually, the Dark Star Pro Football final show was good stuff. It seemed mandatory to be hammered to call in.

Are you saying you don’t wanna know what feeder cattle Holsteins and beef cattle markets are. That’s some entertaining radio right there. I live in a small town in Wisconsin and we have a want ads show where Tim can call up and sell his 30 year old couch for $15.00 OBO.

Hey, almost every small-market radio station in the country has some type of 'trading post' show.
I have hosted versions of that show at multiple stations.

although these days, more people are putting that type of stuff on facebook. BTW, I'm doing some landscaping work in my back yard, and I have some old brick to give away if anyone is interested.........

Ive been getting my sports fix thru local podcasts these days. Definitely the way to go.
Recommend Locked on Twins, Locked on Vikings, Purple Daily, Skor North, TFTwins, PurpleFTW. Can get all these on YouTube and they're a million times better than kfan.

To me the kfan talent comes across as elitist. Except for PA, but his show just isn't much good. You are correct, the power trip is the worst of all the bad on that station. Barriero isn't too bad as he will get interesting guests.

It was called "Swap Shop" on my hometown radio station (OK, it wasn't my hometown, it was the "big" town one town over because there were 750 people in my hometown). There was also a time where you'd have to listen to the radio at a certain time, as that's how you learned if your crew was working that night at the Green Giant processing facility.
 


Powertrip- oh, canes is catering this morning. Like they do every morning. If the power trip is any example…canes causes male pattern baldness.
 

Why do you listen if you hate KFAN so much?
