Here's the base agreement

Summary of Employment
 Term is December 13, 2022, to December 31, 2027. Contract year one will run from December 13, 2022, through December 31, 2022. Each subsequent year will run from January 1 to December 31.
 The base salary is $425,000, with annual increases subject to the discretion of the Athletic Director.
 The University will cover the cost of any buyout or early termination provision in Coach’s employment agreement with Washington and hold Coach harmless for tax liability related to the buyout, up to a total of $400,000.
