I don't know if I'd call it domination, but I would say they were extremely lucky to beat WI.
They were outgained (by a little), WI crushed them on TOP, and WI had 4 scoreless trips inside the Penn State 25 and three inside the Penn State 10. This made me absolutely giddy, but I didn't come out of it thinking that Penn State looked fantastic.
I agree, but I came out of it thinking both teams were pretty average. Wisconsin just chunked away 3 yards at a time, nothing dominating about that. They don't have a game breaking RB again, and unless Mertz improves drastically, they are the 3rd best team in the west behind the Gophers and Iowa. I think Penn St is only the 3rd best team in the east, behind Ohio St and Michigan.
