Don’t be so quick to dismiss NFTs. It’s way early and a lot of tears along the way ….but for some over time it will evolve into something significant in ways we can’t imagine.

Nearly all NFTs are not copyrighted, and most cannot be. You might ‘own’ the NFTs blockchain address, protected by access coding, but without copyright protection, you don’t own the code that represents the NFT. It might be cool to have some NFTs, but they’re mostly not a good investment, unless you can temporarily generate some mass interest in one.

In theory it means that there was not a lot of resources used in the creation of the block chain, the NFT itself or in maintaining it. Many NFTs and cryptocurrencies use a lot of energy. (Bitcoin being the worst)
