Hawkeye fan here,

I must say, I love Williams. Such a great, classic arena. It is my favorite venue in the Big Ten, probably in the entire country. You guys have such a great gem. Best of luck to you the rest of the year, hopefully we can pick up a few wins in the Big Ten.

Thanks for the classy post. Glad you enjoyed your trip, I love the Barn too! And because it was so nice of you to post this, I won't even make a joke about thanking you for not having sex in the bathrooms ;).

Good luck to you as well!

It was quite a trip down 50th to 35W onto University, took me all of 10 minutes...and yes, the bathrooms at the Dome were much more private.

Anyone who loves Williams Arena like I do is good by me.

And with the raised floor, can there be any doubt? I especially like seeing players slide off the floor on either end. Adds an exciting risk factor to normally boring play. ;)

And oh what carnage it's been over the years. Game after game of guys flying off the floor and sustaining career altering injuries.

Remember when...

...uh...that one guy...

...um...

...well, Trevor Winter broke his wrist during a practice in 1997. I wonder if any other program has had an injury during practice over the last 13+ years (looking at you Purdue).

Now that is funny! His never-ending droning on and on about the raised floor just never ends. Do you not realize Gopher4Life that you are alone in this obsession?

Not agreeing with G4L at all (I love the raised floor), but does anybody remember Voshon flying off the baseline and ending up all bloody?

Purdue on senior night. Actually flew over press row, not the baseline. No blood, came back into the game about 5 minutes later.
