Aren't all three done after 2013-14 (assuming Buckles could get a waiver)? Wouldn't it be 6 open scholarships in this scenario?

I pointed that out in another thread. I read somewhere that Buckles will need a waiver to suit up unless he graduates from FIU and uses the graduate school exemption.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't seem like Buckles is a sure thing given NCAA rules on multiple transfers by a player.

Seems like if he takes care of business this spring he should graduate, thus no need for a waiver.

..or not, just read it a little more carefully, she suggests that even if he graduates they would have to get a waiver. Not sure why
