ESPN lists him as verbal to TT. Are there some issues, or ic the listing not updated? It would've been nice for the Gophs to have him.

Due to some high school offense still on Osunde's record, a Texas judge blocked him from leaving the state to play football.

Judges don't like to be upstaged. I suspect Osunde was told that he needed to get permission to leave the state. When he signed a LOI to leave the state, without asking permission first, I suspect the Judge got upset. In addition if he was on supervised probation he would have needed a probation agreement with an agency in MN.
