I don't know how weak it will be, but it seems with the portal so prevalent there is a later start on recruiting younger players. Coaches have to put so much time into transfers, getting kids signed, and keeping players.

247 list about 3 MN juniors, but there are others out there with offers.

Maple Grove has a stud running back and an OL that will have offers if not already.
TE from Edina shows offers to Miami, Purdue, Kansas State, and Iowa State.

June camps is when we will learn more about the Junior

A bunch of MN hs players were 3 stars earlier in the 2023 year like Koi Perich and Wyatt Gilmore before becoming 4 stars. Some were low or mid 3 stars before becoming high 3 star recruits.

Yeah, the portal is definitely getting more attention than high school recruiting right now from the recruiting sites.
