Spring signing hasn't started. April 13, 2011 - May 18, 2011. Verbal only right now.

I never have paid much attention to the signing periods, I find the whole thing (dead, quiet, contact) kinda strange.

LOI's
98, the funny thing if Welch doesn't have the LOI finished two minutes after the signing period starts we'll get some posts wondering what's going on.
Not saying I blame people for being intent or even a little fearful but it is kind of funny.
