Ohio State is 12-2 against Michigan in football in the last 14 games if we count the one that was vacated, and I still heard the massive crowd of Buckeye fans chanting "don't give a damn about the whole state of Michigan" as I left the Big Ten title game in Indy. They had just won the Big Ten and had national championship hopes, and still took the time to trash talk to their rival whom they've generally been better than for the last 15 years. Just because one side has dominated of late doesn't mean the rivalry ceases to exist.

We are 4-2 in the last six at home against Wisconsin in basketball and also beat them away in 2009.

There's five, and I didn't even bother to check for more.

EDIT: Looks like there aren't anymore. I found 5 wins: 2014, 2013, 2010, 2009, 2009.
 

We never beat Wisconsin in the big 10 tournament, did we. I remember them smoking us a couple times though.

Agree. I get the respect one would have for Wisconsin's program but the shots at our programs is not called for at all. Sick of it.

and counting the football teams 10 straight losses gives a combined 5-24 record. I shorted the Gophers a victory from my false and completely outrageous post of 4-23.

Being the main rival and a rival are two different things.
 

Since we dominate the border battle in all sports you could say they are not much of a rival to us.

Is KFAN even a sports radio station? Don't you need to talk about sports to be considered a sports radio station? I don't even know where KFAN is on the dial anymore. Their morning show is brutal, I can't listen to common man for more than 13 or 14 seconds and I haven't listened to the other Dan in 7 or 8 years.

KFAN had a 5.3 share, KSTP-AM a 1.5 for February. The only reason to listen to AM1500 is for Gopher hockey.

The Power Trip morning show is more entertaining than anything 1500 ESPN has produced in years. Now THEY produce some brutal radio.

Was this the same for badger fans when the gophers were beating them regularly prior to the most recent 20 years?. I think not. We felt the badgers were our main rivals even when the record was lopsided in our favor and to think it isn't the same now when the overall records are so even is just plain silly. A couple of lopsided games in recent memory (id like to forget those) doesn't change a thing either.
