It's almost a given that some combination of Bouie, Manuel and Vereen will have to play this fall.

Hopefully they all qualify.
 

Don't forget Shady, his chances for playing time at DB just shot up dramatically.

I already have factored in a potential delayed return to full gear for Royston but do hope he is above 90 percent by Big Ten season. I really believe Watkins and Lewis can hold the line until then. Frankly, I see Theret as a wildcard and am just willing to wait to see how he contributes after return from the suspension. I fully expect he will serve a game or two suspension anyway. Nevertheless, with his experience, you would think he would improve the situation regarding depth at least in the position. Lewis is kind of light and the Big Ten season is brutal.

Frankly, only Manuel may have the body to forgo a red-shirt but we will see. I frankly still believe they all will red-shirt if Shady continues to play well as he had in the Spring.
