There must be a kicker or two that are the emergency punters, I assume. But obviously only 1 true punter on roster would be pretty risky.Smart add. Pretty risky to only have one punter on roster.
The ball was un-juiced last year.He did not average 41.9 yards per punt last season, it was 36.2 yards. The 41.9 was from the 2020-2021 season.
I blame Rob ManfriedThe ball was un-juiced last year.
Those averages are not elite. He did not average 41.9 yards per punt last season, it was 36.2 yards. The 41.9 was from the 2020-2021 season.
Six more punts and two more inside the 20 in the 21-22 season with a long of 53 vs 65 the previous year. Perhaps he was being asked to be more strategic with punting? Working on hang time as apposed to just driving the punt? Those averages are not elite.
Maybe he did a lot of coffin corner kicks just out of fg range! Those averages are not elite.
Can't just expect to just BE ELITE until you're a Gopher...Those averages are not elite.
Tanner bought one of Uncle Rico's football throwing videos and now he can throw it over those mountains!36.2?
That's exactly how far Tanner can throw it, no?
So, do we have two punters, two kickers and just one long snapper or two on scholarship?PWO?
I would imagine the winner of the competition between him and McGrath in fall 2023 will have a scholarship in 2024PWO?
24 punts, 5 inside the 20 last season.Maybe he did a lot of coffin corner kicks just out of fg range!
Simmer down.
