He just got back from his TCU visit. 6-5, 310 OG. You've got to feel good about the future of the interior O-line with him, Calhoun, Mayes and Moore.

I like that we are getting some JC linemen to come onboard. JC kids are always a bit of a crap shoot but we badly need depth along both lines and if nothing else JC kids should be physically ready to see the field when they show up on campus.

Aaaaah! Yes! Tracey Claeys is putting his stamp on his new look offense!
 

He was going up against a lot of players that have issues physically. Many fall down when he touches them.
 

Great news. The thing that jumps out to me that our OL has really lacked is blocking one defender while your eyes are always looking at others. Great awareness! His highlight tape is combo block after convo block and he shows some great cut blocks as well. Huge commit!
 



Great news, I was worried with the TCU offer/visit and the Gophers not yet having an OL coach. I suspect that he and Calhoun will be starting in short order.
 

Pretty awesome to get any player to commit right after they've visited TCU.
