Joyner to Las Vegas Raiders

Very happy for Jah. Big fan of him for sticking around and being a foundational guy for PJ and the program. Felt like he was here for 9 years, he was such a constant.

If you followed the in game threads last year, it surely happened at least 30 times last season alone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Agree that Jah got held a lot, disagree that it had any impact on his draft status. In the end there is very little difference between being a late round draft pick and an UDFA in terms of the teams investment in you.

I’d say it had more to do with his production.
I think the tools are there and he seemed to play hard every play, but maybe there are some technique issues that kept him from being more effective and putting a crimp in his production numbers. Pros are obviously a different level and everyone there has top-drawer tools. I think he was well-coached here, but maybe a different set of eyes can unlock what looks to be there.

Ryan Burns has made a fool out of himself when it comes to Jah. He claimed he would be 3rd round draft choice. Now he is saying that if he entered the portal he would have made a 1miilon in nil. Burns went the same way last year on SpannFord.

In Burns defense Jah tested out not too much worse than Shemar Stewart (who went top 20) and had significantly better production than him from a collegiate standpoint. Very surprised he didn't get drafted at all.

Right. He didn’t really produce.

Maybe his interviews were bad like Sanders?

In all seriousness, he was not that impactful at all.
