Long overdue IMO. I believe Willie got his degree 4-5 years ago. Absolutely love Burton, and every time he returns to The Barn, you can tell how much the U still means to him.

I hope it’s true as this has been long overdue IMO. He got his degree in 2013; I have no idea why it’s taken so long to honor one of the all-time greats.
