Don’t believe the stories, the prep isn’t that bad, and you’ll feel clean as a whistle.

Make sure you weigh yourself before you start prep and then before you leave for the procedure to see just how full of shit you are!

I honestly don't remember it being much of anything at all. I did my first one at the Mayo Clinic in PHX and was just holed up in a hotel on the Mayo campus the night before. It was nice being in a hotel, as opposed to blowing up one of the bathrooms at home.

Drink the jug as directed, clean you right out, went in the next day and I don't remember much past counting down from 100 and making it to about 95.

They say you shouldn't drive for some period of time afterwards but I know I ended up running back to my hotel room, getting something to eat, and driving out of town maybe 3 or 4 hours after?

I crap in the box and send it to Madison. I get the result back in a week. So far so good.
