My experience is that the folks from Wiscy talk a lot, hit it hard and end early, in the corner with a little vomit on their shirts.
They talked a good game, but rarely delivered. The quiet Scandinavians from up nord never talked much, but could drink someone from Wiscy under the table every time. They also held their liquor much, much, better.
But that was my experience.

Lived in Wisconsin for 10 years! The size of the women is proof of how much beer they drink and cheese they eat. Completely different culture than the White Collar Twin Cities. Wisconsin is proud of their beer drinking heritage and it is a real part of their culture. Any bet against against a person from Wisconsin that includes drinking is a fools challenge.
