Iowa and Illinois

Now, - if we can just play Iowa and Illinois each 4 times a year, we can go undefeated in conference and with the B1G. I would love to make beating Iowa an annual tradition, - as for Illinois, unfortunately we can't get them every year due to Leaders/Legends.
