It's really about Iowa but Minnesota is one of the comparisons (http://thegazette.com/2012/01/19/retention-has-become-an-unpleasant-word-for-iowa-football/). Hint, we have done better than Iowa since 2008.

The bottom line is that for a program to be stable, the attrition should be held down to about 17%, ours exceeded 26%. Oklahoma has done OK, but really has under performed it's recruiting, the retention numbers explain the inconsistency.
