And you thought Brewster's staff turnover was bad. Indiana's new offensive coordinator Brent Pease, who was hired Dec. 30 from Boise State, is returning to Boise to be their OC. This after Petersen decided to turn down Stanford.

I think they should pick up Jeff Horton if he is available. He knows how to coach and was the first good offensive coordinator that Brewster hired!!

It makes sense. He left BSU because Harsin (the now former OC) didn't seem like he was going anywhere any time soon. Then a couple weeks later Harsin left for the Texas OC job leaving the Boise job vacant. If you're an up and coming coach it is a lot easier to succeed at Boise right now than Indiana. All the pieces are in place, you're working under an established top flight HC and your level of competition is lower not to mention that unlike at Indiana your talent at Boise exceeds your opponent's talent. Climbing the coaching ladder is as much about choosing the right jobs as it is about being a good coach.
