Look at the bowl wins and the win ratio in your below seasons. Yes, you had a couple of poor yes with your win/loss record but overall. I know that my buck-toothed friends want to win 10 or 11 games and win your conference. The nice thing is that with a 12-team playoff scheme next year, you have a good chance of being in a National Championship run!

With only 4 - P5 conferences, and with the top 4 conference winners having auto bids that leaves 8 open spots for the Gophers to move into if you don't win your conference! I think you have a very good chance at 10-2 or maybe 9-3 depending on the strength of your schedule.

Please forgive me. Every Time I come to this board, after a football season, I want to praise the Gophers and talk shit about the GSU ADs and the weak state of the Georgis Southern program for the last 7 years. Yes, I have to be a crybaby, a whiner, and a curmudgeon in the first 2 threads, in the postseason on this board. You may ask why? It's because after being the 2nd person to post on GSUFANS.com board and posting on that board more than 10,000 times the youngers now rebuke me! Of course, that was 25+ years ago or so. The new breed of GSU fans claimed that they wanted a supposed HIGH-POWERED passing offense, as in a 90% passing offense.

How about an offense that rushes an average of 420 to 450 YPG, a PASSING game of 120-140 ypg and around 50 ppg. They are shit heads and fools!

Thank you. I'll try to be a better Gopher fan next year. I have to get over Georgia Southern losses Better and not shut down and say Piss everything. Georgia Southern, was once a power, and now we are slubs, after thoughts, and a low-ranked G5 team also for the last 7 years has taken a psychological toll on me. For the last 7 years, I often check in On the GSU game in the 4th quarter to see what the score was, and 50% of the time I am disappointed.

When we ran the Flex Triple Option, I believed we always had a chance no matter what the score was. Erk Russel won *2% of his games and finished his career with an NC and 15-0 in 1989. Paul Johnson had an 87% winning record and averaged around 400 ground yards, 120 passing yards per game, and between 48 to 50 points a game. Even though Jeff Monken, transferred to the Army program to become their Head Coach, after he beat U of Florida in his last game at Southern.
