I would prefer a 10/11/12 over an 8/9.

I would say yes...both Illinois and MN get in if they win today and play against each other in the finals. I too like the 10 or 11 spot better than the 8 or 9.

I think they would most definitely both get in. They are probably both in as of now without the games even being played yet today.
