I'm not sure if you're saying Iowa's offense is improved, or claiming they are actually fairly good.

Their running game is based on the sheer excellence and talent of one single stud player, not on any coaching philosophy or schematic improvement.

Their new offensive coordinator isn't exactly burnishing his future career opportunities. I doubt if any other program would be looking to hire him based on his record at Iowa... at least, not on the games I've seen.

Isn’t that amazing —even with a 4th string walk-on QB Iowa finds a way to win. If they would have found a Big Ten worthy QB they probably would be in the 12 team tournament
