I LOVE THIS TEAM

I still love this team. It's frustrating that they have not been rewarded for their hard work. They really deserve to have some Ws over these past 5 games.
Yeah, would have been great to get a few wins in this stretch. Been playing solid and just coming up a little short.

Battle for Niko will be keeping guys engaged over remainder of the season as losses likely pile up some given how short handed we are. This year is what it is.....keep developing guys like Grove, Asuma and Shinholster and hopefully get to the point where the team is ready to hit the ground running next year.

Grove stood in the gap tonight. Shinholster got lots of minutes and he's coming along. Asuma is going to be excellent. I can't wait to see who we bring in for next year.

Shinholster is fiesty. He got into a barking match again last night. Excited to see his development!

And hope the 5 guys that can stay do stay
Some definite question marks with injured guys (Willis, Vaihola, Omot, Stephens, Turner) but would assume at least a few of them are back as well.

But yeah - top priority needs to be making sure JCJ, Asuma, Grove, Shinholster, and Durkin all come back to build on all the playing time they have gotten this year.

I think they will. Do you think anybody other than JCJ could get more money elsewhere?
PG are always in high demand so Asuma will get some interest but with his brother coming here to play baseball he seems like one who is likely to stick around.

Eventually we’re due for a year with a healthy team. Hopefully when that happens it isn’t with a bunch of undersized third rate players we had to scrape to get and can actually make some noise in the big ten. If we’re healthy next year I’m hopeful we will be upper half or better in conference. This year sucks but the way they play I still watch and support them. Way better offensively to watch than previous years.

Yeah, Isaac is not going anywhere and he’s being taken care of besides

I could see a legit contender with deep pockets being interested in having a guy like Durkin off the bench
