Where's the "When the final score is posted high above....."?
C'mon Husker. You're following a pattern. I remember near the end of Mason years, you'd start out optomistic, but then we'd get drilled by someone where you expected a win, and there were no more predictions until August.
Is it the same this year? Did Bucky take the teeth out of you? It's still too early in my mind to give up. We have a lot of question marks on our team, but other than OSU, I think each Big 10 team has some problems and still needs to prove themselves. Right now Iowa and Wisconsin are riding high. Purdue and Illinois are riding low. We're somewhere between. October football should sort all of this out.
So, your predictions haven't turned out. Who cares? That's half the fun sometimes....just guessing. My guess this week? Minnesota 31 Purdue 28. Just like last weekend, except the team with the W is my fave.
