Maybe that's how many plays he will average per game...
 


I'm going to say 4 TDs with 500 yards. I don't expect him to be a world beater but I think with a year of Big 10 experience under his belt he will be able to be a decent contributor.
 


The question should have been, how many defensive linemen will Hayo outrun?

But seriously KoolAid, you've been banging on about Hayo for awhile now. What's the deal? He didn't live up to expectations last year but neither did a lot of players, why single him out? Sure he was highly star'd recruit, but it's not like he ever said he was going to come in and light the world on fire.
 

With his stretch-the-field type of speed, anything is possible.

This is dumba$$, stupid, and not funny. These kind of threads that rip on players are ridiculous and should be banned. These are college players and in a lot of cases, just kids, numbnuts.

Go after the coaches, go after the administration, go after Dave Lee, go after me. Leave these kids alone, and get a girlfriend.
 

If MarQuise is the QB Hayo will have 4TD's If Weber is the QB Hayo wont have a TD.

he will pick up a fumble on special teams but then get run down by the kicker before the goal line.

He will score his first TD against MTSU. I will cheer that TD from the stands while KoolAid, Brew_recruit, Gophers4Life, and LesBolstad--sitting in front of their TV in their parents' basement--continue to try repair their inflatible girlfriends without avail. It is a sad night for them on both accounts.

Oh, boo-hoo. They're, for the most part, fully grown men, especially seniors like Hayo. They're getting a free education in return for providing us with entertainment a few Saturdays every fall. If they can't take a little criticism, they need to find a different line of work. It's not like somebody insulted his mother, for crying out loud.

And by the way, I can guarantee that, during the course of their athletic careers, every one of these kids have dealt with far worse than mild parody of their (lack of) performance. You think Hayo is happy with the way things turned out last year? You think he'd be hurt/offended by someone telling him he sucked last year? Stop treating him with kid gloves. Get over it.

Oh, and nice joke equating criticism of players with not having girlfriends. Because we all need to hold hands and sing Kumbayah after every game, and tell each and every one of our players how their sh*t is special and different from everyone else's. You're usually a pretty level-headed guy, but you're being a real dick about this.

I don't get it. What doesn't feel good? People calling me a sh*tty football player? People have been doing that for 20 years, and I didn't even get a free bachelor's degree out of the deal!

If Weber is the QB a lot of players will have less TD's than they should. Unless they can catch with their feet.

Also I don't understand ripping on Hayo, He was a first year player adjusting to Division 1 football, why not give the kid a chance before claiming bust? I think he will be a factor this year and he does have blazing speed no matter what these 40 year old virgins think.
