Hole Poll: What was the biggest sports story of the 2012-2013 Gopher sports year?

That was easy. I'm sure everyone knows which I voted for.:cool02:

I picked the Tubby/Pitino choice, but a very close second for me was the Womens' Hockey achievement.

I had to go with the women's hockey season. That was a once in a lifetime achievement. The jury is still out on the Basketball coaching change.

Honestly one of my first thoughts was the AJ Barker fiasco.

Which fiasco are you talking about? The one AJ Barker created with his actions or the one the GopherHole created by its reactions to the incident?

If I may interject here, the topic was "What was the biggest sports story?"

The Tubby/Pitino was a bigger story due to the popularity of basketball at the U. The achievements of the Womens' Hockey Team were great, but not the biggest story.

At how many colleges would you expect that women's hockey would get the second highest score in such a poll?
