Hole Poll: What grade would you give the Gophers running game at Indiana?

A-. Frustrating at times when we couldn't convert on 3d and 4-6 in the second half when we really needed to extend drives (or get into FG range to scrape some points). But can't argue with the giant holes, yards, and TDs. Patience was rewarded and it also opened up some great passing lanes.

B. The inability to get critical first downs in the clutch was a scary reminder of the Mason years...but overall very solid day

A even though they had more passing yardage against a very explosive offensive team. Cobb at 188 yards rushing? Who would have thought that a month ago.

I gave them a B due do the fact that following the best 2nd quarter in years, they came out a little flat to start the 3rd quarter.

I gave them a B because it seemed like they picked up a lot of yards, but didn't do enough to get us points in the 2nd half.

Love me some Cobb though.

Cobb gets an A, but the rest of the running game needed work. Missed 3rd down conversions probably took a year off of my life.

If the wr's caught a couple of those balls mn would have had 50pts...IMO not the running games fault.

I thought we ran great but we fumbled 4 times they I remember losing just 1. Our players must protect the ball more especially guys who don't get a great deal of touches.

Should run a Poll on the Gopher's Passing Game. Nobody was talking positively about them before the game. Made that running game a whole lot easier.
