Thanks for two reasons

Jim was always my favorite player of all time and I grew up reading the Redwood Gazette. I can never forget how skinny and short Jim was in High School.

I was fortunate to witness Jimmy's Gopher career. One of my favorites was a picture in the Strib showing him laying a perfect block on a massive defensive lineman to spring either Stephans or Dickson on a long run. Rest in peace, Jimmy. You were a great Gopher.
