So my wife and I were invited to the game today. Pretty excited as it's in a suite so I'm curious as to how nice/not nice it will be. I've been to a Bama game once before but it was against an FCS team, so I imagine it will be significantly crazier tonight.
So one thing I thought was really bizarre is the alcohol situation. This is what people have to do to have alcohol in the game: Bring the alcohol into the stadium the day prior to the game, and put it into a rented locker at the stadium. When they show up on game day they go to their locker and grab their beverages. Another rule: it has to be in a coozy. Seems like a lot of work when they could just allow alcohol to be sold at the stadium and make money hand over fist.
Won't be able to catch the Gopher game til Sunday afternoon though so I'm gonna have to stay off GH today and tomorrow. Don't know what I'm gonna do for almost 24 hours with no GH!
