TCU just left the Mountain West Conference for the Big East.

This is the nail-in-the coffin for the MWC. They will never get the BCS-AQ they were seeking now.

(And The Big East probably has to lure BYU and/or Notre Dame for football to keep theirs.)

MWC is done. Its basically going to be the WAC all over again with Boise State, Nevada, Fresno State, and Hawaii each moving from the WAC to the MWC.
