Iowa is ranked #66, do you think they are saying this about Ferentz? No
No, but they also didn't get smoked 55-0

This is picky: Didn;t Kitzmann run for 266 at Illinois? I don't recall a blizzard before that game in Champaign.
Ok, that ruined a really good story. But I was at a game when a running back had a huge day after a blizzard in the 70's and now I have to go find it. Damn.
Since when does Rivals care about, nor should they about academics.
You are not paying attention. Rivals dropped us 400 points for losing Taikwon Paige. We are now at 768 points for the remaining 18 recruits. That means Rivals has ascribed an average of 43 points each to our remaining guys, including Hayo Carpenter, Hasan Lipscomb and about 10 guys ont he verge of four stars, which makes them nearly valueless. The fact they gave so many points to a player of such obvious lower worth than 400 points means the rankings are a total sham.
I can see that and personally don't put a ton of faith in the Rivals rankings. If they wanted to be respected and for us to take them seriously they would tell us what factors they use to evaluate and score a player. Also, if they were reputable they would tell us who the evaluators are and their backgrounds. I question whether or not the evaluators have any background in coaching and player development or if they are all a bunch of overweight journalists who couldn't even make their high school football team.
part of how they rank you is what school you go to.....go to ohio state and you are a 4
the exact same guy goes to minnesota and he is a 3
I do not think there would be anything illegal or against the NCAA for a recruiting site to take cash in order to inflate a particular recruiting class. Not saying it has been done, but don't know why it couldn't be done (which it should not).

Also we lost 4* RB Eric Stephens to Texas Tech after our loss to Michigan and Texas Tech's big win over Texas, He was chuggin the kool-aid, punk.
I have a document but I'll just give you a high level overview because the class scoring system is quite intricate. When ranking the class they focus on # of commits and average stars. Then they give bonus points for signing a player from the Rivals 100/Juco 50 and for signing the top X number of players at a position (X varies by position, and the # of bonus points vary by the ranking). Taikwon Paige was the #2 Juco corner and one of the top Juco players which is why he gave us so many bonus points.
I'm pretty sure I've heard this rant by Loon but you didn't mention former postal workers yet so I'll give you a break until you do.
I think you should take a look at the consumer fraud statutes in this state.
