Doogie, with your new job(s) are you covering the Gophers much? I know you have some interviews on your radio spot with some of the coaches, but as far as you covering the team and gaining some inside knowledge from doing such is it more or less than you would like? Have you seen or heard anything from this Spring that gives you a lot of optimism heading into the fall? Thanks!

sonnygarcia -- Not enough as I would like ... It is a true passion, so the way I can make up for it is to have Horton on AM-1500, or Brewster, like this Thurs. ... haven't heard much that would make you say, "Sweet, that's different." The guys who we know are good/can be good -- Wilhite, the DTs, Weber, McKnight -- have stood out.
By the way, Hageman is 100 percent according to Brewster following practice ... we also asked him and Weber about Ed Olson ... both are very high on him ... think we'll run that stuff tonight during the 10p news on Ch. 5.
