Graduate transfer

Miller is a pipe dream but I would take pretty much any second string quarterback off and S EC team to come in here and compete with our current stable of QBs.

Yep, while i definitely think there is a decent chance that Miller does go this route I don't believe for a second that we would be anywhere near the top of his list of potential destinations. If he decides to leave he would have his pick of pretty much any school in the country.

I heard from a friend that he knows someone in one of those 3 letter agencies that Miller's phone was wire tapped and he heard Miller talking about going to the Bank. Take it for what its worth but this could be good news cause it could mean TCF?

If he does graduate, gotta figure he ends up at a place like Oregon or Auburn. Hopefully not Wisconsin.

Absurd. No he would not work here and would question the intelligence of our staff to even think of the idea. He won't be transferring anyway.

Can someone cross-reference OSU and UofM grad programs, STAT? Thanks.

I don't think you can stop where someone goes with the graduate transfer rule, the gophers would have to find a grad program he can get into that Ohio state doesn't offer though.

I think Braxton miller will transfer, don't know where to though. Where is he from originally?

Mortuary science.

You would question the intelligence of our staff of even thinking of bringing in a player who is the 2 time Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year, 2 time All-Big Ten, former National Freshman of the Year, and who Vegas had as the 3rd most likely player to win the Heisman at the beginning of the season? I would question their intelligence if they didn't show any interest if Miller declared he was transferring.

Take his Dad's word if you want to. Not me. I'll wait to hear what his Mom's best friend has to say.

That would explain Russell Wilson. Never once went to class and dropped out of the program the Monday after the Bowl game. Must have been a very specialized Sconnie grad program.
Is this really true?

I believe that the only restriction on Graduate transfers is that they have to enroll in a graduate degree program not offered at their undergrad school.

Buddies of mine who are in compliance state that you also can not transfer within the conference for graduate transfers. A couple of them believe if Miller transfer, that he is going to Oregon.

Do the good guys win today's game if he is in maroon and gold today?

No. This is a ridiculous notion. What a bunch of idiots. I suspect many posting on this thread cal their sole mate their right hand.

Wow, how unfortunate.

You thought you had a gem, and you dropped it at the wrong time, and with no pretext; you just loved that line.

And had a misspelling to boot.

Yikes. Sleep this one off, and try again tomorrow.

Ridiculous to think we win another game or two with upgrades at certain positions? Ok.

By the way, it's "soul mate". If you are going to insult me, please don't embarrass yourself in the process.

I could point out the irony of you posting your right hand = "sole mate" line on a Friday night. I could needle you about spending your Friday night on the internet thinking and writing about masturbating. I won't do those things, but you, I, and everyone in this board know what sites you visited after perusing the Gopherhole last night. Don't forget to clear out your history. Ah never mind, doubt you've found your soul mate yet.

Game, set, match. Gopherjay moved his king into the corner and it was all over.

Such a weird rule. Does anyone who uses this loophole ever actually get their Master's degree? I would doubt it.

My guess is that it happens a lot more often that you expect for the purpose of actually getting their master's, but the average guys like us don't hear about it until it is a player at the caliber of a Russell Wilson, but like I say, that is only mu guess and your guess is as good as mine.
