Of course I did, but if the hockey team can sport gold jerseys vs a road team in darks, why can’t the football team? I’d rather see gold vs dark than white vs dark, as the home team.
 




post #16. No biggy, but it is UCLA and USC with the blue and red--both home jerseys. Done a few years ago at the request of the teams. The first year they did it UCLA got a five-yard penalty for wrong uniforms and USC balanced that by taking an intentional off side on the next play
 


You are correct. I thought it seemed wrong when I said Cal. Great history tidbit too. Wonder how many teams would trade a penalty like that these days.
 

What's with the yellow lettering for the names on back -- unreadable on TV. Who designs these color schemes?
