  1. Brosmer current QBR: 64.1
  2. Kaliakmanis current QBR: 58.6
Last game played Brosmer 55.5, Kaliakmanis 61.0

It's about 140 to 120 in NCAA passer rating. 68 to 54 in completion percentage.

If Rutgers is close in this game Kaliakmanis playing well or Brosmer playing poorly will not be the reason. Brosmer is easily 10+ QBR.

I remember bragging up AK's QBR after a few games in 2022 thinking it meant something...

I go by the 👀 test.

Gophers 4-2 in conf

Rutgers 1-4

Brosmer B1G Offensive POW

AK no awards

There you go, not even looking at stats!

Non-Issue. If Brosmer plays poorly and the Gophers win the damn game, all that is going to be remembered is that we won. Simple and the way it should be.

It is weird how fans base success on game by game QBR and not wins and losses!
How about I post a poll: Do you think the Gophers will beat Rutgers? - Yes/No

Just trying to make it interesting and perhaps others will find it useful in digging into stats. Sorry to waste your time.

Is what it is....but issue you run into is a lot of us don't really understand some of these more elaborate stats like QBR. Some of the analytical stuff has gotten pretty ridiculous.

You can post whatever you want. So can I. It isnt that serious man.

I've also never looked at QBR and thought it mattered. Or thought to predict the outcome of opposing QBs QBR. I'll watch the game and without looking at that, can decide who was better. Not all incompletions or TDs or INTs are the same. I dont think QBR adjusts for a pass that should have been caught or an incredible play that goes for 6 yards as opposed to a regular 6 yard play. It seems meaningless. Maybe it isnt.

The most fun thing for me and tomorrow’s game is going to be our upperclassman on defense who are going to try to beat the hell out of AK. I think we’ll have our best past rush showing of the year. In anticipation of same, I would expect they’re gonna try to get the ball out of his hands quickly, but we know how that goes.

Kaliakmanis is horrible, innaccurate, bad feet/base and doesn't move the defense with his eye. He is not a natural runner so I hate when annoucers say he is athletic

Being athletic doesn't mean being a natural runner.
