After what happened to FSU last year, I'm convinced we could get to 9-3 and they'd take a 6-6 SEC team over us.

As long as they don’t quit they have a chance, but this schedule still isn’t easy and Gophers have a big challenge getting bowl eligible.

Everyone on the schedule is looking at the Gophers as a win too….

First, lets get healthy over the Bye week and then go 1-0 against Maryland at Homecoming. Then, come up with a game plan against Big Bad Burt that is offensively aggressive...read pass driven...and beat the SOB. I think Rutgers might be a trap game for us after beating Illinois. Fans may not travel to the Garden State as they did to La-La-Land for UCLA, and Rutgers will have come off two tough games. Don't know what team we will face there. PSU at Huntington in November is a winnable game in my view; I remember the last time they rolled into town. Finally, the Badgers for the Axe. This Gopher group will be highly motivated to land a Trophy game. So I'm thinking 4-1 or 3-2 over the last five. 8-4 for the season or 7-5 if we lose to two of the upcoming games.
