Jameis Winston did it in his Heisman year, but he's the only other one AFAIK. Morgan is having a special season, but most people nationally have no idea.
His games against Purdue and Penn State have gotten noticed but his overall numbers just don't keep pace with a guy like Burrow at LSU because we simply don't throw enough. We are really good at it when we do but we don't throw enough for him to be a legit Heisman contender.
Morgan strikes me as the type that could care less about individual accolades. Kid is a winner, 13-2 as a starter with only 3 of those wins coming against non power 5 teams.
