After a year away from the court, the Stockton Kings have named their new head coach.

The Sacramento Kings, Stockton's NBA parent team, announced that former Kings player Bobby Jackson would be the new head coach of their G-League affiliate. Jackson spent the last two seasons in the Kings organization as an assistant on Luke Walton's staff.

"We are thrilled to have Bobby lead our G League team and continue its development towards our future,” Sacramento Kings General Manager Monte McNair said in a statement Thursday. “Bobby has been a mainstay in the Kings organization for more than two decades contributing his relentless hard work, valuable knowledge and mentorship over time.”

Jackson played six seasons during his 13-year NBA career for the Kings, beginning from 2000-05, then returned in 2008-09, where he averaged over 10 points a game and also won the 2003 NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award.

Go Gophers!!

That little academic fraud thing will forever be a scarlet letter for him. He would never get any job at the U.
true, he has no credibility for leading athletes in an academic institution.

Needless to say I did not mean K as a student. And Bobby's thing was he did not chase answers he let answers come to him.
