Hopefully Hebert is the main influence on the new hire, not Maturi.

It's always risky to hire a new coach, but when a coach retires from a good team, the hiring process is much more comfortable than when a coach is hired from a losing team. Minnesota should have a lot of applicants fighting over this job, choose carefully.
