One of the top stories on yahoos front page is the Gophers honoring Paul Carters sick sister. It came up as the front story when I got on a few minutes ago, but you might have to click a few stories over. Here is a link to it:

I love it when we're getting press for positive things! What a kind gesture...I wish the best to Paul's sister. Sounds like she not only has the support of her family, but Gopher fans as well.
 

I kind of hope it will become a tradition, either for big games or just for the team in general
 

This could bring the team together more. The players are basically family. It's great to see them support the Carter family like this. What a blessing in disguise.

Are you kidding me? He has been part of the team for a small portion of time and his court time has been pitiful. He is not yet a "face" of the schools basketball team and he should not have to get rid of his dreads?

Would it have been nice if he did? Yes. But you cannot expect that from him.
